What the role actually involves
Our representatives meet customers in person on behalf of national brands — at retail locations, promotional events and booked consultations across Miami-Dade. You explain the product, answer questions honestly and help the customer make a decision that suits them.
- Full training provided. Product knowledge, compliance and field practice before you represent a partner.
- Team environment. You start alongside experienced representatives, not on your own.
- Progression on performance. Advancement is based on results and coaching, not time served.
- Monday to Saturday schedules. Field and appointment work between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Who tends to do well here
People who are comfortable starting a conversation with a stranger, who take coaching without taking it personally, and who would rather explain something properly than rush a sign-up. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, events or customer service transfers well, but it is not required.
